Another site maintained by the Small Business Administration, individuals can find help on starting, managing and closing a small business. This site even offers a link to e-mailing your Congressional representative.

Service Corps of Retired Executives
SCORE (Service Corps of Retired Executives) is an organization of volunteers who “provide advice, troubleshooting and counseling” to entrepreneurs and small business owners. This site also offers e-mail counseling and an “Ask an Expert” feature.

Minority Business Development Agency
Created by the U.S. Department of Commerce, the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) was “specifically created to encourage the creation, growth and expansion of minority-owned businesses in the United States. The resources provided on this web site are a FREE service of the Minority Business Development Agency.”

Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
